Water Damage Restoration in Lexington, SC | ServiceMaster

We are excited about our newest location in Lexington, South Carolina, and the opportunity to serve the Midlands area. We offer restoration, reconstruction, and remediation services for homes and businesses damaged by water, fire, mold, and other trauma. Our professionals are certified to tackle the biggest jobs safely and efficiently. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We at ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration are truly delighted with our new location. As the largest town in Lexington County, we are looking forward to providing our restoration services to residents in the area.

The town we now know as Lexington descended from the Royal Township of Saxe Gotha, which was established in 1735. Following incorporation as a town in 1861, Lexington flourished as a vibrant community that now embraces the future while still honoring its historical roots. Numerous buildings in the town are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Ballentine-Shealy House, a second-generation pioneer home that remains popular with tourists to this day, and the stunning nineteenth century Major Henry A. Meetze House. Lexington has also found its place in the modern world, with new major highways nearby helping to fuel growth, expansion, and prosperity in the area.

As well as offering a vibrant town life, Lexington is also popular with tourists and residents alike because of its proximity to several areas of natural beauty. Most notably, Lake Murray offers spectacular sunsets and the chance to explore the impressive Saluda Dam. Ramblers and hikers can choose between several trailheads, such as the Fourteen Mile Creek Trail or the geologically stunning Peachtree Rock Heritage Preserve.

Following the opening of our new office, we at ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration look forward to providing outstanding service to the residents of the beautiful town of Lexington for many years to come.
